Travis Demers joins the Trail Blazers broadcasting team for his second season in 2020-21 while continuing to host Rip City Drive with Travis and Chad on Rip City Radio 620. Prior to his role with Rip City Radio and the Trail Blazers, Demers called games for the University of Portland, Hillsboro Hops, OSAA and other organizations locally and nationally for 20 years. He has also hosted shows for SiriusXM College Sports Nation and NBC Sports Northwest. Demers has been an active member of the Portland Metro community by coaching youth and high school sports, as well as being involved in several charitable organizations. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Broadcasting from Long Island University and now lives in Sherwood with his wife Hannah and sons Lincoln and Lawson.
